Each week includes songs, stories, and playful movements that encourage curiosity, coordination, and emotional awareness, while offering a space to slow down and connect in a supportive community of other parents and caregivers.
I’m Emma, the founder of Asheville Kids Yoga & Art.
With over 15 years of experience as an educator, yoga teacher, and children’s art instructor, I’m passionate about helping kids grow through creativity and movement.
I hold a degree in Elementary Education, a 250-hour Yoga Certification, and advanced training in Therapeutic and Trauma-Informed Yoga. I’m also a graduate student in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Lenoir-Rhyne University, where I continue to study somatic and expressive arts approaches.
As a mom of three, I understand the importance of connection, play, and co-regulation within families. My classes invite both children and parents to slow down, move with intention, and rediscover creativity together.
