"We did their Birth Education Classes and LOVED them. My partner and I feel so much more prepared for the birth experience. Now it feels like we can keep reading the books and doing the research - key word being can, we don't have to because they truly gave us enough information to feel ready. Very grateful and highly recommend."

"I seriously don’t know how I would’ve managed without the community, lessons learned, and opportunity to connect with my body, my baby, and my breath. I highly recommend this studio, the prenatal classes, and the birthing workshop."

In each class, you can expect

  • An evidence-based understanding of the pregnant body
  • Empowering movement for your pregnant body and for childbirth
  • Hands-on practice for what's planned - and unplanned - in your birth
  • Emotional support for you and your partner as your navigate your hopes for pregnancy, birth, and postpartum
  • Guidance for how to have important conversations with your care team
  • Lots of love and support from our community as we learn together

Full Spectrum Doula & Postpartum Doula

Meet Jenna Wilson

Since 2008, Jenna has been walking alongside new and growing families, offering grounded, heart-centered support through every stage of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. She began her journey as a birth and postpartum doula. Her deep commitment to empowering parents led her to become a licensed midwife in California in 2014, where she spent eight years attending out-of-hospital births, offering evidence-based childbirth education.

After moving to North Carolina in 2023, Jenna returned to doula work, blending her holistic midwifery background with intuitive advocacy, practical education, and gentle emotional presence.

With experience in all birth settings, Jenna brings calm confidence and evidence-based care to each family she serves. She continues to expand her knowledge through advanced trainings such as the Spinning Babies® Aware Practitioner, The Advocacy Training with Intentional Birth, and a Master’s Degree in Maternal Child Health Systems.

We're so excited to learn with you!
