Much of the time our energy and preparation is focused on the birth and the rest is left up to chance. Don’t let that thinking hinder your experience as a mother, father, birthing person, parent - come prepared to this vulnerable and transformative time with knowledge, a plan, and support.
The Fourth Trimester class with Flow of Life Yoga offers an introspective view of postpartum past the initial 72 hours after birth. Participants will better understand how to ask for and accept support, take care of their physical bodies following a vaginal or cesarean delivery, be prepared for the emotional journey, recognize when then need to call on professionals, how to care for your mind/body/soul through food, and so much more.
